The first two buildings rise to 7 and 6 floors respectively, boasting a total of 52 breathtaking terraces. Each terrace, a generous 16m² in size, offers an exclusive outdoor space to enjoy the view; all while the tall exterior borders of approximately 100cm provide privacy and style. These terraces, along with all other concrete elements, are expertly crafted by Qulaco, with a passion for quality and sustainability, using stunning white concrete.

The third gem in the crown, also standing at 7 floors, showcases primarily indoor terraces enveloped in elegant masonry, while maintaining the elegance of white concrete, characteristic of Qulaco’s craftsmanship. These accents create a harmonious connection with the other buildings while retaining a unique character.

Every detail, from coping stones to window and door sills, is meticulously crafted from the same refined white concrete by us, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
